First, check whether the OpenBSD box can reach the internal host (ping
it) and external hosts (ping again). Make sure you have IP forwarding
enabled (sysctl -w net.inet.ip.forwarding=1, see /etc/sysctl.conf and
the networking section of the FAQ).
Then, check that the internal host can ping the internal address of the
OpenBSD box, and that it uses that address as default gateway. Then you
should be able to ping an external host from the internal one, through
the OpenBSD box. If you think pf is interfering, disable it (pfctl -d),
the box will still forward packets (assuming the sysctl value is set
correctly).
