You can test arbitrary IP addresses against the table, to see if they
match or not:
# pfctl -t spammers -vvTt 22.214.171.124
0/1 addresses match.
So, pick one of the spams that you got, manually find the host that sent
it to you (the top-most Received: line that shows a non-local address),
and test it against your spammers table.
If you only have five examples, they might indeed not be in spews. But
you should get a hit in spews within a couple of days, I get several per
