Sure, I'll send that as soon as I'm done cvs'g -current.

Same for crop and drop_ovl.  Different for full reassembly.  I posted
that one earlier (within the last 2 weeks) to the mailing list.  If you
want that, I can include that in addition to the tcpdump.
